Hey, today Edward and I spend our quiet time by doing the devotion guide. What I wan to say is, spending quiet time can be a joyful think. When I spend quiet time with my borther, I can explain to him more so that he can understand. Not only that, I myself, understands the passenge better and know more from the guide. Devotion Guide DAY 2

Firstly, I want to talk more about the day 2 Devotion. I just want to write how I feel about this devotion.
Often we want GOD to bless us, to pray for our ''own'' good. But, do we pray for GOD? Asking him during prayer to use us to ''help'' him advance his kingdom.
Secondly, do u all know why GOD feels heartbroken when he saw people sin? I finally know why when I put myself in GOD's shoe. GOD create these people to love, but in the end, their lifes are being toyed by the devil. Think about this, if you created something but someone came to destroy your creation. We can only feel GOD's heart pain when we imagine these people are our close ones and love them with all our love. Thats the real meaning of LOVE GOD LOVE PPL. GOD feels heartbroken because these ppl who sin are his creation, his sons/daughts, his love ones. Now that we know how GOD feels, we can help by inviting these ppl to church and start life transformation then like that each day GOD will feel more delighted everyday. Amen?

I agree with Daryl cause I reflected on yesterday and then GOD showed me all the blessings he had poured out for me, all this he did it for me. The GREATEST BLESSING I receive is that GOD choose me and invited me to join him. I was thinking yesterday, if GOD had not put me in Montfort, I may not even receive Christ, I maybe at somewhere now maybe smoking? Having a gang? Having a fight? Worst! My purpose in life still remains unknown? And I want to thank GOD for putting me into this wonderful NEB! I am grateful for all the little and big things GOD gave me. GOD gave me a family (although my parents divorce) to experience LOVE, he gave me good friends to have joy with. He put me under Chee Li, so I can understand GOD’s work.

So guys the point is not about GOD blessing me. Is that he LOVE me so much and gave me all he have.So guys what’s yr life story? What GOD have bless you with? What made you LOVE GOD? Wake Up Guy! The END TIMES is near! Prepare yourself for camp and Jesus coming back! Think about it…

Pre-Camp Devotion Guide (Day 1)

I spend my devotion at Serangoon Mac after my tuition, where Marcus is meeting a same group of people. Thinking of using my time wisely, I decided to spend my devotion guide.

As it is written, to read 1 Corinthians 13:4-13. I believe "LOVE" come from GOD and GOD's love is the strongest. Not to remain like a child, but to mature and keep a child-like Love and Faith. Above all, LOVE is the most important. To Love GOD is not as easy as it requires devotion and loving what GOD love. To love my enemies because they are GOD created ones, just that the devil are working in their life, and we are there to connect them to their real father. All of us want to see GOD smiling at us all day with joy, right? All of us wants GOD to be happy right? Then firstly, we have to Love what GOD Love. I believe by loving what GOD love, we will find it more purposeful when we say that we LOVE GOD. To LOVE with our heart is to be serious, committed and to follow GOD's vision and plan. (Luke 14:10). To see the beauty that GOD created in this world.

Accountable (Trying to improve on)

Accounting is different from Informing. To account is to share to my leaders and do things together, to inform is that you have made the decision and then tell your leader.

To be Kingdom-mindedness (Improving on)

To put the kingdom of GOD above myself.
To Get out of my comfort zone.
There are 2 ways to being Kingdom-mindedness

Servant hood
Availability

Having a servant heart is important. To be a servant is to obey and do work for my Master(GOD).
To be available is to be able to judge on what is more important. Is my coreteam meet more important than my games? To make sure that when I decide on something, that benefit GOD.

I learned in the coreteam, there is a leader and the members. The members are more than just supports, they are "Armour-Bearer" to the leaders.

Before being a coreteam member, our basic foundation with GOD must be strong first.

I believe I need to grow more in "Available" and "Submissive" , so I can be a good supporter to my leaders and to GOD.

Understanding of the church vision and philosophy

This is an important point, we need to know where the church direction is going and follow with the flow, so as to grow not only our church but the lifegroup members too.

A growing servent's heart and love for people

I come to the most important point. To grow in servant hood and in love. Humble myself down and to be a servant to GOD and leader, just like King David being a great servant to King Saul even though King Saul did lots of wrong, King David still stays faithful. That also leads me to my next point that's following my leaders even they do wrong or sin, cause all people are imperfect only GOD is.

A Tiring Day after NE Picnic - -''

Morning from 12pm, the sun is burning us dry! It was tiring and hot. I was going to Sengkang MRT with Gareth and my brother. We went to Dominique house to grab the soccer ball as Chee Hwee said he need it. After that we went to the Serangoon CC and Gareth was thirsty and both 3 Ribena packet drinks! Wat?! 3?! By the way, he's like that always...
Anyway, when we reached Sengkang MRT, we went to 7-eleven and he bought 2 more Lichee bottle drinks!

The trip to the Picnic was special to me, as we sat the LRT and somehow I was confused how it worked.
Upon reaching there, I had a wrong impression of the Picnic. I though there would me sandy beaches and the ocean haha, but it turns out to be a field area. I was not disappointed cause I know the people planning the Picnic had done a great job. "Even though it was raining at the later part"....
The weather was being very random, Hot then Windy. Dry then Wet... Never the less, the programmes and games turn out well!^^
Then there was this sandwich making competition and our team, the "Moe" team with Rui Yong as the leader, made the "best" sandwich...Well so call best - -''
And we have games like "Speedy Fingers" , "Baseball", "Frisbee". Well maybe GOD wants us to take a break , so he rained down his love. ^^
So there was food, and let me tell u. The food was Fantastic! I mean there was Honey Chicken and Snacks , yea XD.
So after everything, Gareth, my Brother and Me wanted to went home first and on our way to LRT, we met Kelvin Lum from Deyi ....haha^^
And that ends the day...^^

Yea man! Today is NE Picnic Day! Ready want to thx GOD for Daryl for paying my picnic fees! ^^ And really want to thx GOD for Gareth to bring his friends along! Just want to pray that all of us will have a good time there..yea! And lets not forget the people who planned this picnic. Yea thx GOD for those who planned this amazing picnic! GOD will see all of your efforts! Yea!!! XD
